Diego at Austin Floor Store – Burnet was fantastic to work with. He is extremely communicative, very organized, and timely with providing samples and getting installation scheduled. We got a stair runner installed and we have an odd staircase layout. We had to have the installer come back out to finish and Diego was quick to get it resolved and finished out. We are very happy with the finished product and would use AFS again!

Wow. Truly one of the best. Easy, fast and amazing work. We had been searching for a flooring company and it had been a constant fight to get answers and quotes from so many BUT when we submitted a request for a quote on their site in the evening. The next morning Diego called me to get more details and offer color options. He got us an estimate within the day with the information we had and scheduled a home visit. Arrived on time, brought samples to match existing LVP, did final measurements And then scheduled the install for that same week. Diego, Beto and his team showed up at 9am as promised prepped the floors took a quick lunch and came back finished and cleaned everything and were out the door by 5pm and it came out beautiful! We would highly recommend their work and their customer service AND their pricing!!

We came to Austin’s Floor Store with a project that had been overdue for a while — our downstairs bedroom and staircase were in rough shape and needed a full replacement. Diego was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to measure, walked us through our options, and made the whole process easy. After a recent water leak damaged part of our engineered wood floor, insurance decided to replace our entire first floor since we have an open floor plan downstairs. The company that we hired for mitigation and restoration works with Austin’s Floor Store, who handled the demolition of our old floor and replacement with the new. We are delighted with the results! Tori, Beto, and the team knocked it out of the park with this one, and did the whole job start to finish in a day, through multiple rooms and about 1100 square feet. Tori managed the project and handled communication with us while we chose the style we wanted for our main floor and powder room, and was always available for whatever questions we had. On construction day, Beto and his team arrived early and started prepping the space, including sealing us off upstairs before they started sawing and scraping up the old floor. I had no idea there would be so much sawdust! It was kind of wild how quickly the new floor went in, compared to the old floor going out. They did a great job minimizing the disruption and cleaning up afterwards. Because it looks sooo good, we’re already talking about doing upstairs next, removing this old, tired carpet and possibly switching to flooring and rugs. I already gave Tori the heads up that we’d be coming back to the Floor Store when we do!
