He is extremely communicative, very organized, and timely with providing samples and getting installation scheduled. We got a stair runner installed and we have an odd staircase layout. We had been searching for a flooring company and it had been a constant fight to get answers and quotes from so many BUT when we submitted a request for a quote on their site in the evening. The next morning Diego called me to get more details and offer color options. He got us an estimate within the day with the information we had and scheduled a home visit. Arrived on time, brought samples to match existing LVP, did final measurements And then scheduled the install for that same week. Diego, Beto and his team showed up at 9am as promised prepped the floors took a quick lunch and came back finished and cleaned everything and were out the door by 5pm and it came out beautiful! We recently had our flooring installed by Austin Floor Store, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

A special thanks to Diego, our sales representative, who was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He always replied quickly to our questions, was very patient as we explored different flooring options, and helped us choose a product that fit both our style and budget. At no point did we feel rushed, and his guidance made the decision much easier.

I'd also like to recognize Beto and his installation crew. They were punctual, professional, and extremely efficient. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and they kept the work area clean throughout the installation. The project was completed on time, and the finished floors look amazing.
